Greubel Forsey GMT Sport “Sincere Fine Watches Special Edition” debuts
low key
The signature feature of the Greubel Forsey GMT Sport released in 2019 is the 24-second tourbillon, an invention by the company that sets the fast-spinning tourbillon at a 25-degree inclination. Completing a lap in 24 seconds increases stability compared to the traditional 60 seconds, so the tourbillon is not disturbed by life’s crazy jungle of destructive forces. Combined with the optimal inclination found by Greubel Forsey to counteract gravity and account for the height of movement, the Tourbillon 24 Seconds exceeds its weight class in a single tourbillon system.
Then Greubel Forsey built an impressive watch around this innovation: a luxurious 3D structure full of depth and detail. The oval case is not 2D, like a rubber band lying flat on a table; instead, it wraps around the wrist in an arc parallel to the sapphire crystal, the suspension bridge on the dial, and the skeletonized hands.
The GMT Sport for a sports watch offers a wealth of functions that are very clear and effective: the dial gives way to a dramatically curved bridge that hangs the local time hand in the center; the right side of the dial has a tourbillon and a power reserve indicator; on the right, The hour display for the second time zone is “11”, which cooperates with the second hand on the rotating disc, above the rotating globe, to display the day/night hour for each longitude (well, 24 time zones) at a glance.
Flip the watch over and the city dial between the two calibration rings shows Universal (UTC) and Daylight Saving Time for 24 cities in the 24 major time zones.
In 2021, the limited edition of five Sincere Fine Watches special editions is the same watch, with orange accents throughout the watch and around the world, complemented by a megawatt bright orange rubber strap. The watch also features a fine-tuned one-piece titanium bracelet with polished, matt and satin finishes flowing naturally from the case. On the back, the city disk includes Singapore, the home of Sincere Fine Watches, highlighted in red. The bevel of the bezel is also different, and it lacks the bold lettering of the original GMT Sport.
The GMT Sport is as strong and durable as a heavyweight boxer – it’s not an extra ounce in size, features a high-performance single tourbillon, a very useful complication, the most intuitive reading, and the best premium in a light titanium case Watchmaking, water-resistant to 100 meters. With the Sincere Edition, one can get this awesome summer orange watch that stands out from Greubel Forsey’s other fantastic collections. Sale cheap watch
