Ulysse Nardin wears Freak X in “Ice and Fire”
Today, we introduce to you two brand new and novel Freak X models from Ulysse Nardin, both of which are dangerous. One watch is wrapped in luminous red carbon fiber, and the other is a white cold beauty.
The unique structure and design of the two models take the freak concept to a new level, allowing you to understand how its gear train is driven. Just as they represent the contrast between icebergs and erupting volcanoes, these two opposites also constitute exciting harbingers of the upcoming innovative products of watchmakers. Ulysse Nardin dared to use these two weird timepieces to Xtreme to depict the raw power of the earth. So let’s take a closer look at the Freak Ice of titanium alloy and Freak X Magma of shiny red carbon fiber and titanium alloy with black DLC coating.
The combination of ultra-light carbon fiber and luminous red epoxy resin makes each Freak X Magma unique. This technology is streamlined to the most basic, ultra-light, scratch-resistant and streamlined. The combination of red and black volcanoes is full of vitality; masculine, angular and red like lava: Ulysse Nardin’s Freak X Magma is the force of nature, while at the same time a style and elegant watch. The matte and polished effect on the bezel, combined with the smooth dial, evokes the contrast of the volcanic landscape. The bright red Super-LumiNova decal can read the time even in total darkness.
The sapphire crystal case back shows the UN-230 self-winding movement. The movement is a 43 mm case and is water-resistant to 50 meters.
The red stitching on the black leather strap is reminiscent of volcanic obsidian and flowing lava.
Freak X Ice
Ice and fire merge in the heat of the new Freak X Ice model. This model is reminiscent of prehistoric glaciers and is the perfect companion for exploring the unknown world. The alabaster shade of the titanium case is very attractive.
The blue index and Super-LumiNova accent are reminiscent of polar ice currents. Ulysse Nardin fake also equipped the Freak X Ice with a sapphire crystal back cover so that the UN-230 caliber can be seen during work. The automatic movement operates at a frequency of 3 Hz and provides a 72-hour power reserve.
